Shipping + Return Policy


All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email and/or SMS. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.


Shipping Fees

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on domestic (U.S.) orders over $35.


International Shipments

At this time, we don't offer any international shipment. Only U.S domestics shipments are available.


Tracking your order

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you believe there to be an issue with your order, please contact us via our contact form with your name and order number or send us an email at and we will look into it for you.


Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS & Fedex do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted. For such shipments, please select a USPS shipping option.

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If 30 days have elapsed since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
